I am putting together a program and need some advice on what single leg exercise I should do.
I have three in mind and I was wondering what you guys think about each exercise. The exercises are Bulgarian Split Squats(which i’m leaning towards doing), step-ups, and lunges.

those 3 are bout the best you can do. refer to “5 Deadly Strength Errors” for the rest
I really like single leg straight leg deadlifts. I’ve had some minor hip issues, and these really provide a great stretch for me.

I chose the Bulgarian Splits due to the greater hamstring recruitment. But I’m gonna have to try the single leg deadlifts. Do you personally use a barbell or dumbbells?
One dumbbell held on the same side as the trailing leg.

BB Step-Ups
DB Lunges
1-legged Lying or Seated Leg Curls
