Doms in my glutes has been steadily getting worse through the day. Took the dog for an extra walk at lunch time just to get moving. I am guessing they will be sore tomorrow.

I take aminos intra workout to try to minimize it but it’s so bad in my chest lats and legs especially. Better sleep helps though

I have started using amino’s this block. As far as sleep going as @kleinhound says I need to stop being a bitch and use my CPAP machine

My problem is Monday squat doms means deadlifts are a right off on Wednesday

In my experience, DOMS is avoided through either…

  1. Consistently doing far more work on the muscles in question. Make them impervious

  2. Do the opposite. Be a complete bitch and avoid getting into situations that even cause DOMS in the first place

Yep. I am trying to re-learn this lesson with Bulgarians. They key to doing them is to never stop doing them, but I always ā€œforgetā€

Mainly nothing. I just sit it out.

Other than that: Hot baths, if I have the money sauna and if I have the time: Walking (life is a bit of a mess right now).

I take fish oil daily, and that helps, but mostly I just wait it out.
