I used to work with a black guy at the Yellow Pages in Philly. He never lifted weights in his life, did some jail time for firearms crimes, had scars in his torso from being shot up, ate like crap, but he had bulging pecs, abs, veins all over. I used to tell him that he’d be awesome if he lifted. He told me it was a waste of time.

Yeah most definitely. I took a before picture a few days ago. The shit is brutal, but I’m pretty much gonna follow it verbatim. I’ll post my impressions and results in about 6 weeks.

I’m glad there’s people here who fucking understand. I’m light skinned so the effects aren’t as pronounced with me I guess, but the second I touched weights I just exploded from 140 to 205 so fast my head spun, and that was a half assed effort. My nigerian friends are just massive now, and the largest one got that way doing “all the wrong stuff” i.e never touching a barbell, using a smith machine for everything and doing curls everyday. So yeah, I believe someone can achieve that natty.

That’s why I laugh at the comments about steroids and genetic limits. Iron Dwarf made a good point about King Beef looking at his before pictures and his current avatar even, if he posted in RMP with a before and after and no one knew him theres a good chance you’d see alot of “nice physique, but steroids”.
I’ve known plenty of guys who just kind of lifted usually after highschool cause they played ball or something. Usually incconsistently, not really laid out, eating shit like Mcdonalds and not even alot of it. After a few months would be more built than alot of people on this site or what some people could achieve aesthetically in a few years with much more consistency. It sucks I guess if you want to get hung up about it, but some people are just born with the ability to add muscle faster, stay lean, and do it without having to do everything “perfect”. I’ve seen it enough times to not even bat an eye at it.
So I don’t see it being improbable that a guy who’s trained for 10 years with dedication and focus could look like that. Is he assisted? Maybe. Does anyone on this forum know? No.

It’s not turning into a debate at all. I don’t see how comparing this guy to Ronnie Coleman accomplishes anything. And no one is saying anything is possible if we all work really hard, drink our milk, and take our vitamins. It’s not possible for everyone and I think that is what people are having a hard time with. Just because you don’t know someone who can or seen it doesn’t mean its not possible. People used to think a 4 minute mile run was impossible. The guy has competed in shows that were tested, how stringent those shows are have been brought into question. Frankly no one should really care unless you are a competing natural bodybuilder. If you are and really cared about the integrity of your sport then avoid those venues if you have a problem with them. Its a fringe sport with a small fan base its really not that important to get all worked up over it.

I was referring to Stu and Iron Dwarf. But again, what qualifications do you have that allows you to make the distinction that you do have an inside track, is what I’m wondering. I hate to be this guy but you seem to fail to understand that some people have truly amazing genetics… Or have not accomplished as much naturally. I don’t know. The last part is certainly not a jab, though, not everyone was given physical gifts like KingBeef or others, myself included.
