I often read threads where guys will try out a competitor’s routine, but there’s a rarely a follow up.

I find this funny because he says pretty much the same thing I tell people when they try to adamantly state that I’m on something. If I was juicing and only this size, I’d kill myself, lol.
As much as I half ass shit (and as fast as I grow when all my shit’s on point), I don’t see why this guy couldn’t be natty, especially if he’s on point 100% of the time while having top shelf genetics + a ton of serious training time under his belt. I think most of the people who seem so sure he’s on the sauce just don’t understand the power of vastly superior genetics. I’d give him benefit of the doubt, personally.

lol eat shit fattie, my deadlift is in the mid 300s now and I benched reps with 225. I love the attention though. I swear some of you negative guys talk so much shit once you realize someone far younger will surpass you soon. I’m doing great for 1 year of training and am enjoying learning from the best on this forum. good luck training

true about alot of black guys being really lean naturally. I have a buddy whos black, eats like shit, stays up late, has 2 kids to take care of and trains around twice/week. hes not huge by any stretch but he has veins popping out everywhere with paper-thin skin year-round
