Silver and Steel

Are these like Facebook groups? I’m just completely unfamiliar

I’ve no idea about the YS, but I’m currently following a “group training”, the coach send me a mail with an access to the program via an app, I can ask him question, everybody have the same program, and he gives some guidelines for the nutrition.
And I have 0 interaction with the other people of the group. Maybe with some group training you can share/talk with other but not mine.
(I just look the yoke squad, and it seems you can have a 7 day free trial)

Nice! Thanks. I don’t know if that’s my speed, but I’ve never tried it, so I’ll check it out

Back from what was actually a pretty enjoyable field trip with the ROtCers!

So I think I’ll be Jeff Nippard-ing, because that most strikes my fancy, and then we’ll see after that. The jacked athlete is still on the short list and I’ll probably do at least the week trial of the group training. Thanks team!

I forgot next week is spring break and we’re traveling, so this week I’ll break myself in a little with Jeff’s full body videos; when I get back I’ll go into his powerbuilding dealio and run it through for a couple months.

Today I felt absolutely horrible - nothing was in the groove; I’m probably sore from the 3-dayer because I can no longer do that stuff.

Pull-ups and leg presses today.

Damn you, John Meadows! Just when I decided I wanted to work a little heavier and do something different, you start putting out all these powerbuilding videos.

On another topic, and as a note to myself: remember when a walk was not a workout??

Also mad he eventually didn’t release with Mountaindog athletic program… Bodybuilding with French Contrast. So I did mine, Conjugate + French Contrast and it was a freaking blast ahah
