Well i mentioned my breakfast i have religiously every morning. Scoops of peanut butter, serving of almonds, banana, water, ice, scoop of hydro whey. 1000 cals, 15 grams carbs. My next my next two meals will have maybe 5 carbs each… salad with really fatty dressing and no carbs with a steak or salmon. My next meal will be like a double whopper with cheese without like 75% of the bun. I eat cheese, steak, burgers, bacon etc.

light goes on thats why i get “those” looks when Im using that machine…
The real high fat content… When ever I’ve done rather low carb bulks it’s always been around 45/45/10. This would end up around 425G of protein which now has me thinking I was converting to much of it to Glucose.
