Well i mentioned my breakfast i have religiously every morning. Scoops of peanut butter, serving of almonds, banana, water, ice, scoop of hydro whey. 1000 cals, 15 grams carbs. My next my next two meals will have maybe 5 carbs each… salad with really fatty dressing and no carbs with a steak or salmon. My next meal will be like a double whopper with cheese without like 75% of the bun. I eat cheese, steak, burgers, bacon etc.[/quote]
The salad for lunch, could you describe the dressing. And do you add any protein to it?

Kraft classic ceaser(?) Has less than 1 gram of carbs per serving with like 110 grams of fat. I drisel that shit all over. Maybe like 3 servings. I put that on everything to add cals and fat. I dont put protein powder on it but i will have a steak or hamburger of some other protein (if its a lower fat protein i’ll drisel the dressing on that too.

Close to six yrs now. But truly only 2. Thanks to T-Nation for the real training. As far as the.modeling i only get fitness castings and am being submitted for projects that require “football player physiques” or buff arms etc lol. Rarely any fashion stuff.

I did the same thing yesterday… Finished off with the one arm flys and it was pretty legit. I could definitely feel it a lot more when i went past the midline (which you cant do while using two hands obviously)
