Sickabs, How Do You Train?

I’m looking forward to trying the tomahawk tricep extensions.
How much do you weigh, SickAbs?

Do you do any modelling? I saw a picture of a dude that looked a lot like you.

5’10 190-200. I vary, 200lbs is a little much i think i look too big (im not trying to be a mass monster) i compare myself to romaniello. He’s got sick calves though. Im working hard on them and seeing good results. He’s only 5’8 though.

Sickabs does no cardio, he believes all cardio machines should only be in kitchens where women are. So they can stay tiny while cooking my steaks.

I try to train 7 days a week. Most of the time due to my schedule its only 6… i compensate for the lack of cardio. (Btw the cardio thing was only a joke, i just hate running)

Im pretty interested in this low carbs approach. Ive attempted this a couple of times but feel so flat and get weak in a hurry. Im either not doing it right, or just don’t respond to it as well as you do.

BTW Ive recently started adding much more volume and am seeing great results aesthetically.

Also, the butt blaster is the machine where you’re bent over like some skank you’re about pound, and you press your leg all the way back isolating your glutes. Trust me. Do it.

Have your carbs (or the bulk of them) with your preworkout meal. Also make sure you’re still getting your right amount of calories.

I couldn’t do the original anabolic diet, 50 grams is too low. So i take around 80 everyday and don’t really carb reload on weekends.

Im kinda disappointed no one commented on how funny that zeus statue thing was.

On days that i don’t workout, my carbs wont go over 50 grams. I think its impossible to go less than 50 and still hit your calorie goal. Btw i didn’t mention this but i get 200-220 grams of protein a day spread out through 5 servings of 40 grams.

SA, could you post an example of a day of your diet? I’ve considered a low carb diet but am not sure what I would do to get all the cals I need.
