Keep playing around with the exercise until you feel it hitting the exact spot that you can tell never gets worked.

LOLOLOL
Seriously one of the best ways of describing an exercise I’ve heard yet.
For all the shit people lay on you, there are some pretty decent number der.
You built your physique mostly on an Anabolic Diet type approach, or is that just what you’re doing now?
so you stay at around 80 gms of carbs year round?
also, why high rep deads?
Hey SA… You do all of those exercises each day? Or are those the exercises that you rotate through (choosing 4 or 5 of them per day)??

-Flat incline bench ramped up to around 275 for reps. (If I start with this I usually do around 315 for reps)

I made my best gains in muscle while staying lean with this approach.

Ive been following the same nutrition program for about 8 months. I don’t plan on changing it soon. Doing too well.
I do the high rep deads because i want the aesthetic ripped lower back as well as a high deadlift number.

HOOOORRAYYY
You can borrow my zip up hoodies and white g shock watch whenver you wanttt ![]()
Hmm, SA is a volume whore like me, except you don’t get flamed for it.
Volume + ramped training sets (high intensity) = results.
Good stuff!
Hmm. I’ve always trained only one form of bench per training session, but recently i’ve noticed a lot of bigger guys will do 2-3 different forms of bench press per chest workout. Guess my chest day is getting incline added, and upper chest day is getting flat added.
