I use to work out every nite doin 100 sit ups, 50 chin ups, and around 150 push ups and some other excercises that i forgot the name to lol
Long story short, i stopped for around 6 months for personal reasons.
Recently i started excercising again, i did my normal routine easily. Yet straight after when ever i do it i feel physical sick and dizzy and some times i am sick as a result.
Could this be something serious? or am i just pushing myself too hard?
Damn near sounds like a BAD carb crash are you eating before??
Or your just not used to it and the lactic acid is causing you to feel ill ease back into it.
What are your goals why no load and such high rep??

I’ve been using lower reps [-6] for the last 2 years. After realizing I haven’t really progressed in the last 6 months or so, I’ve switched to higher reps [8-10]. I’ve done 4 workouts using this rep scheme now [2 upper,2 lower] and I feel sick during and after. I figure it has to do with excessive lactic acid and fatigue build up, but it’s also gonna be good for me in the long run. Stick with it and you’ll be alright.

Long story short(not to sound harsh) your not in shape and the workout is just hitting you pretty good.
I actually used to get very lightheaded from pushing myself hard, particularly from squatting and deadlifting. Taking Spike and Power Drive and getting more simple carbs and protein before working out have helped me enormously.
Im on week two of the V-diet and have experienced this… ive found that by drinking half of my Surge before the workout it helps immensely… if you are going low on carbs you may want to consider looking at your pre-workout nutrition and it should hopefully stop…
