Also my back is slowly healing, Iāve been pushing my hips in place and still havenāt done deadlifts now for a month. I think my weak core is the problem.

Strongly agree. I wouldnāt deadlift for a while. Unless you have a meet coming up soon I see no point until you can for sure do it pain free. I literally only deadlift 8 weeks out of a meet and only 2-3 sessions.
