I am a cutting phase and have lost 10 pounds in two weeks. i know most of this is water weight. i am 5’4" and currently weigh 145lbs, 9.5% body fat. you can see my abs, but there is a layer of skin over my abs that is loose. its evern worse down by my obliques and lower abs. so how do i tighten up the excess skin, once i get down to 6-7% body fat, 139 lbs. current measurements. chest 40", waist 30", arms 14.75", legs 22", calf 15", hips 36".
I would think surgury is the only way to tighten up loose skin. I know people who were obeese (and than lost a ton of weight) and woman who were pregnant, where they had that loose skin problem, and tried all kinds of supplements, vitamins, and creams and nothing helped. Ask Dr Nadler, he does alot of surgreis for bodybuilders.
a 10 pound weight loss should not leave that much extra skin. Try drinking more water to help skin elasticity. If that doesn’t work, leave it alone for a month or two, it might shrink on its own. How old are you? That could be a factor.
