Does anyone have problems with a sensation like their shoulders just aren’t stable and tight? I got on the bench today for the first time in about a month (and before that wa doing mostly incline and was shooting up in weight, getting under on a light flat bench maybe once a week) with 185 on the bar, knocked out ten very easily, but felt like my shoulders were unstable and I couldn’t keep the bar on a consistent path.
I find this is a consistent problem for me and my shitty bench. Any suggestions, exercises, or tricks that would help with this? Maybe I’m just over-thinking and need to bring my overhead numbers up? Thanks in advance.

You don’t need anything special, just work on your groove.
Crazy Bells, and Bottoms-Up KB Presses along with external rotations.
