Hi guys I’ve just joined the forum, I have been doing 5x5 for a while but with squatting its aggravating my shoulder each time. I had a lay off of pressing while continuing squats and deads but it made no difference. I’ve decided to do a kettlebell and body weight routine for a couple of months to rehab it and hopefully build some new strength especially in the hips along with increased flexibility.
My main goal is strength for bjj as I’ve trained this for years but would like more strength that I can actually use. Is my plan a good idea for this?
