External rotations of several varieties. Lots of rows. You could look up the article that Alwyn Cosgrove and Christain Thibs or was it Alwyn and Chad Waterbury did for shoulders. It give some rehab protocols that would go a long way to fixing your problem.

It was suggested I take a month before staring my new lifting program to do light external rehab work for my AC Joint injury.
What would be the best to fix this problem? I found some stuff on the internet, light exercises, But I thought Id try asking your opinions on this.
I can do squats fine so can I follow a specialized squat program while working on my shoulder? [/quote]
Try checking out Eric Cresseys Shoulder Savers articles, you should find lots of stuff in there.
Yeah a squat prog sounds like an excellent idea. Not being able to do upper body, will give you loads of energy to hammer a squat prog and you can just concentrate on making sure the shouders fully healed as well.
so basically doing very light rows, shoulder presses/rasies etc will help?
Any suggestions for a one month squat program? I was thinking of just doing 3 days of diffrent rep schems, for example day one-5x5 day teo 3x8 day three 10x3.
