Shoulder Pain

Any reason why I might be feeling a dull pain in my shoulders on days I do Dumbbell bench? I’m a little confused since I don’t experience any pain on days when I stick to Barbell Benching only (regardless of variation).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure your rear delts are of equal strength as thee fronts. What does your typical workout split for the week look like?

It could be an over-training issue

there’s about a billion things it could be. You really need to go and get it looked at.
