Hey guys. Okay, so I’m at the gym warming up and stretching for some heavy squats. I get under the bar and get ready to unrack, and right when I lift my arms up to grab the bar, I get this shooting pain in my left posterior deltoid. It hurt so bad I couldn’t even unrack the bar.
It hurts whenever my arm is elevated, flexed 90 degrees and rotated posteriorly. It also hurts when my arm is elevated, extended fully and adducted. I know, I know. I really need ART, but that’s not an option for me right now.
Any ideas as to what’s causing this and what will help make it go away would really be appreciated. It’ll be a month before I can get ART.
