Hi guys, as some of you may know I have had some shoulder problems in the past where I couldn’t contract my rright pec.
Well I said fuck it and did back/chest yesterday and at the end of the session BOTH of my shoulders were in bad pain.
The pain is around the back of my deltoids.
THE PAIN APPEARS AFTER BENCHING
dumbbbells or barbell.
I’ve had a problem for 7 months, I rested it for that time and did no exercise and it did not go away. Now I am back into training the pain is getting worse, and my left shoulder is starting to get bad too.
What could it be? A minor cuff tear? AC joint seperation?
I’m going up to the hospital right now to get X-RAYS,I don’t want surgergy but don’t know what I could physically do myself to make this better, any help is appreciated!
