I can depress and retract my left shoulder very well, but my right shoulder is always farther forward than the left no matter how hard I try to pull it back barring physically having in pushed back by my other hand or a wall.
I first noticed it on squats because I found it harder to pull my right elbow down under the bar than my left one. I don’t know for sure but I imagine this is happening on bench too. My right arm is my weaker arm on bench even though it’s my dominant side.
I’m not experiencing pain in the shoulder or upper back since I started focusing on building those areas up but I have in the past.
Anyone have any idea what this is and how to fix it. I have seen a doctor and been diagnosed with a supraspinitus issue a couple years ago.
