Shoulder Impingment

So apparently, i have a shoulder impingment. I think it is when there is too much muscle around the shoulders and so my left shoulder cannot rotate properly and freely; therefore it pinches the tendons in the shoulder. Sometimes the pain is off and on, but lately it hurts like piss when i bench, or bring my arm above my head.

And what hurts the worse is when i do a dip motion, even like pushing myself out of a chair. This happen to anybody else? if so, how can i help it, and lose the least amount of strenght possible?

yep the only way is to let your shoulders dwindle away because you have to much muscle around them causing impingement.

stop doing things that hurt.

and in the meantime stretch your shoulders especially your internal rotators.

start doing facepulls, r/c work and more back work
