Sorry for posting in that section, but I am sure your advice will be more valuable due to your experience.
I had these symptoms for nearly 18 months now. What happens is that randomly during the day (especially in the morning) I get the following:
feeling of cold/chillness in the back/shoulder blade/shoulder area + tingling. I get the same feeling in arms/elbow area and my hands go from cold to very hot at random times. The feeling tends to go away when I lay down or start moving or exercising.
Could it be lifting related or maybe some nerve problems? Please help
thank you
your best best would be seeing a doctor.
That sounds like a T1-3 neuropathy, def go see a doctor.

Come on dzmendon, if it’s T1-3, then it’s a radiculopathy not a neuropathy. You’re better than that.
Are the symptoms in both of your hands and arms? If so, the problem is serious and you need to see someone ASAP. Actually, even if it’s one arm see someone ASAP.

I’m so sorry you’re right ;___________________; LOL
Exactly my reasoning, neurological symptoms are not to be waited out. The fact it has been 18 months without change or consistent pattern makes me nervous it isn’t a stenosis or something musculoskeletal.
