Should i make my own program? Or use a pre made one? Suggestions?

For background I have been training 4 years for bodybuilding went from 134-185 then back to 173. Im looking to get up to 200 for a bodybuilding show then cut down from there. Ive been using the same program from i old trainer i used to go to. I lost the file a little while back, but my progress had been stagnant on it. Honestly, I am good at making workouts but want to be sure im doing the best workouts i can for my goals of bodybuilding…

If the goal is bodybuilding, I’d seek out a coach.
