Should I use an off the self program or go to a coach?

So I’ve been training 4 years now I had a coach for most of those years. He made me a bodybuilding program but I feel I’m not progressing on it anymore. I don’t go to a coach right now should I get an off the self pre made program or go to a coach or buy one? If off the self, what one is good?

I like the idea of coaching yourself, which is what I do, but I also coach others that like that option. However, I think buying a program (like I mentioned in the other thread) can be a good idea. However once more, I’ll point you in the direction of a really good program that’s free on this website:

Coach or trainer? Asking because I dont trust trainers. No offense.

A coach will keep you on the right path, but arent really necessary if you’re not pushing extreme ends of development. The stats you shared are saying you probably don’t need a coach at this moment, but we can all benefit by having one.

You asked in another thread but I’ll just plug the programs again:

Thank you! I heard of DC training in the past but completely forgot about it until you mentioned it I’ve wanted to do this program I think I’ll give it a go.

@TrainForPain @T3hPwnisher this guy has two threads on the same topic. I believe you have control and can consolidate.
