Your program seems like a good strength program, but if you have no mind-muscle connection with any of the movements, it’ll be harder to grow that muscle group. Your chest and delts seem to be your weakest muscle groups and they don’t receive a ton of isolation. I’m not saying to fire your coach if you’re enjoying the strength progress, but physique-wise it seems like you may be leaving gains on the table and would be better suited with a Bodybuilding Coach.
