You might want give some plyometrics a try, something like box jumps or seated box jumps if you want to spice things up a bit and practice explosiveness.

thnx im a junior, plyos fuck my knees up so bad everytime i go back to box jumping it just hurts alot, knees hips etc… thats why im doing more olympic stuff XD
