Fuck if I know where to post this question.
I want/need to get new shoes for training. I need a pair for lifting and a pair for cardio.
I want to get some Nike Frees for lifting but I don’t know which ones to get.
As for cardio shoes, I have no arch whatsoever and I have some eversion going on with my ankles.
Any suggestions?
As far as running shoes, i went to roadrunner where they fitted me with some really comfortable shoes. Mine were Asics, but i am not flat footed like you.

Look into Vibrams Five Fingers. A lot of people here have them and use them for lifting, running, and looking cool. I have not worn anything but vibrams since I got them with the exception of my dress shoes for work. I would give them a serious look.

I like Chuck T’s for lifting.
I have a pair of Sauconys for cardio. Grid Propel. I don’t know if they have a model number or if that is it.
Most comfortable shoe I tried on and feels great for running and plyometrics.
I’ve been happy with Aasics in the past too.
I also use Chuck T’s for lifting. They are cheap and work good.
Can’t go wrong with the VFFs.
Thanks for the replies guys. I’m going to a running store to get some shoe info for the cardio.
As for the Vibram’s, are they available in stores or online only?
I’d like to try them on without having to worry about shipping them back if they don’t fit or I don’t like them.

Go to the website and check the store locator. There are several in my area who carry Vibrams.
