blaze- first, at their level major changes can occur in as little as a few hrs. i agree that no one is adding muscle but fullness, hardness, spill over occur quickly. at 10% bf it doen’t show but at sub 4% it shows.
Way- not fighting, honestly i’m just bored tonight. i love kai boohoo to me he lost. phil does look better currently he deserves all he gets. jay’s a good dude i just think he looks like shit most of the time.
whomever mentioned an artist not being good compasses is correct…in some cases. it helps if the artist understands where and how the judgments/criteria/guidelines/variants for and of the ideal look and how they arrive at choosing/ranking such. the ideal has normative roots but is in constant flux. e.g. it’s tied into the industry “what is hot and selling” but chained to an idea/construct of “perfect” so cannot sway too far. being someone who lifts and trains for hypotrophy could be be an arguement for being a good judge but then again maybe not.
i’m just pissed at the judges and the state of things, cannot hate jay for living HIS dream. cannot hate phil either, he’s tough to pick on, as you can tell from my above post. hurt him by saying things like, you love your family, you like sneakers a lot, you’ve got pretty eyes for a black guy (i’m a racist, hot topic lately). phil’s hard not to like.
i’m done.
ID- nope, i don’t drink, just tuned a bit different at times. Way- a new post from you came in as i’m writing, i’ll have to read it, i’m just punching the monkey and fucking around here tonight. ID def. talk art at some point. lately ben writing/drawing politcal satire based stuff. peace.

Phil’s lower body is getting close to Ronnie’s. Dude, needs to release a training video for once that isn’t produced by Musclefleck.
His whole back in general just dwarfs Jay’s. Solid from top to the very bottom.
I dont think anyone’s back can “dwarfs” Jay’s… But yes his back looks better than Jay’s
I mean top to bottom Phil’s is just so much thicker. His delts definitely help out as well.
Way - fair enough on kai’s MM. he does seem to get smaller e.g. pulls in and not take up space as others do, that said, his chest seperation is sick and when he’s dry i like his crab and hoh, not so much arms clasped.
you don’t like kai in that shot and i think phil’s width creates issues with how his chest looks from the front. his arms swallow the chest up too much. phil’s shoulders and arms over power his chest.
it terms of kai’s traps, they’ve improved in a height off his shoulders sense but they do vanish in some back shots. on the other side of that kai equation, kai’s lats and internal feathering make his back in some shots unbeatable.
kai’s waist has come down and his v-taper is nice, watery when FDB, FLS but the taper on the FLS makes it a win. people trash him, uninformed fuckers shout out GH gut because they think it’s cool to say. did the “help” and the new size fuck up his ability to dry out his abs? not sure but it’s not a case gh gut.
kai beat phil at the 10 arnold…but i agree phil won that show. kai’s hasn’t dialed the condition in since adding the size, a conditioned kai is a unicorn at this point. i think 09 kai beats every look phil has ever brought. i just am not crazy about the totality of phil from bottom to top.
ifbb is like wwe at this point, the teacher student at the olympia was shitty. put kai next to jay and phil shot for shot, the scorecard indicated he should have been in the call out w/ phil and jay, why wasn’t he?
as the wu says “cash rules everything around me, get the money dolla dolla bill ya’ll.” i’m still pissed at the two man showdown bullshit.
Phil has a much more complete and polished look than Kai does right now, IMO. Combination of many factors, but yeah, I can’t see him taking it from Phil anytime too soon.

In all honesty this is never going away for Kai. I know it’s a funny joke, but it is going to define his life for a vast amount of people forever.
This shoudl teach you two lessons;
Waiting table for $3 an hour, can, at times, be the better choice of employment while trying to make it.
Be careful what you say and do on the internet. Particularly as men.
Because the truth of the matter is I could sit there and post a video of Scarlet Johanson having sex with a cucumber, and 99% of the dudes ripping on Kai for fucking citrus fruit would eat said cucumber and them wife Scarlet.
What I’m trying to say is, as young men you are judged differently, so don’t be stupid. In case you actually DO make it, make smart choices now.

Hypothetically speaking of course, where might one get a copy of said video?

Pretty zanny stuff, i see what you did there. no i do not want kai to fuck me in the ass. don’t want to kiss him, hold him, or hug him for more than a three count i just like him in a no homo way.
while i fully support and have no issues with “THE GAYS” i am not down w/ two dogs one bun.
as for the ‘grapefruit’ thing replaying over and over…i don’t think it is really hurting his placements in shows. bigger issue if you fuck a citrus based fruit wouldn’t that burn a bit?

What’s up with these non-English speaking know-it-alls being at the forefront of professional bodybuilding in this forum? I’m talking about zraw and Mattheus or whatever their names are. Y’all need to calm the fuck down and appreciate the fact bodybuilding is an American sport.
You know, the more I look at the Sheru Classic pics, the more I think Kai actually won this contest. I DO think Phil is dryer, but Kai has mounds more muscle. He doesn’t have a blocky frame like Jay and his muscle bellies are ridiculous.
In some of the back shots, it does seem to me that Phil’s back is more defined while Kai’s seems watery and flat…this is mostly true only in the rear lat spread. Other than that, I think Kai actually takes it over Phil. And I am one who really doesn’t like the way Kai’s physique looks sometimes…but I gotta give kuddos where kuddos is deserved.
Next year’s Olympia is going to be interesting. I really hope Kai can pull it together…he is the only real threat to Phil in my humble opinion.

Agree with this completely. Kai has muscle hanging off his back.
Kai will win when he shows up in condition, until then I have no sympathy for him. Look at how well Brandon Curry did when he actually showed up shredded for the first time in his pro career at the olympia. Kai is definitely in line to dominate the sport but he’s shooting himself in the foot always showing up without top notch conditioning these past few years.

This.
He just seem to not be able to come in dry, I wonder if him carrying so much mass is fucking him up
Aceto said he should just plain not eat 2 days before the show as he never looks flat anyways
