Phil’s lower body is getting close to Ronnie’s. Dude, needs to release a training video for once that isn’t produced by Musclefleck.[/quote]

His whole back in general just dwarfs Jay’s. Solid from top to the very bottom.

Results.

  1. Phil
  2. Jay
  3. Kai
  4. Victor
  5. Wolf
  6. Freeman

Video is on the website named with what you do when you “contract” a muscle. Ha HA

I dont think anyone’s back can “dwarfs” Jay’s… But yes his back looks better than Jay’s

Thanks for the updates zraw!

  1. phil
  2. jay
  3. kai
  4. vic
  5. wolf
  6. freeman

Phil repeats! Lots of people seemed to be upset that Jay beat Kai but I agree with the placings. Looking at the comparisons they seem about equal in all poses but from the rear jays hams and glutes were much better conditioned than Kai’s IMO giving him the extra edge

I wonder if Jay will retire before next year’s O now

IMO, if he feels he fucked up his prep and his bicep held him back, he should try for one more year

If, on the other hand, he doesnt feel he can be better than that anymore, he should retire, but wait to announce it so that he can sell more merchandise, lol

While he may indeed have one more run in him, I’d hate to see him go down the path Samir Bannout did, competing again and again, and placing worse each time. Of course Samir was definitely a one shot deal, he won the Olympia on a year when there wasn’t much of what today’s fans would call competition. Personally, even if jay competed one more time and placed out of 1st or 2nd, anything in the top 5 is respectable as hell considering how long he’s been doing this, and additionally how long he’s been one of the top dogs.

Im selfish lol

I think Jay wouldnt keep on competing again and again if he wasnt placing high enough, guy is smart, and rich lol

Kind of sounds like what Dexter Jackson has been doing. Win the Olympia one year when the competition was less then stellar then place worse and worse every consecutive year.

THE IFBB and the WWE are exactly the same, staged, faked, set up.

Backforskin jay with is oil filled arm, uneven legs and arms, thick uneven ass abs, wrinkly butt skin…sorry he should have been no higher than 4th @ Sheru. when is it time to retire???when your butt skin is wrinkled.

Phil looked great, kai looked better than the O, it was kai and phil fighting for 1 and 2, it was closer than it seemed. a leaner still Kai beats Phil. kai could have agruably won this show. all this phil is future bullshit. you know who else was the future…Obama. fuck him too.

Vic is getting robbed too, he beat “blondie forskin back” as well.

Fuck jay and fuck narrow clavicle having, abnormal looking front shot jammed up titty phil, nike collecting, colorado living, no jump shot having, bastard. All of jay’s fan boys will soon be cum gulping phil’s shit down. 22’s on the whip and private nike closet. the arguement of “a proper rep” for BB is bullshit, who gives a fuck. i care about how you look on stage not whether or not you run an after school program for retarded kids in Ohio. fuck ohio anyways.

I’m so mad i’m going to do some nude figure drawing, blast a load into a kiwi, and wear my leather ass chaps while doing some hot yoga listening to Barbra Streisand. send in the clowns mother fuckers…the Sheru classic was a fucking set up.

Kai Greene won and if you type anything to the contrary than regardless of what it is, or how witty it seems, what it truly means and what you are saying is you hope your own grandmother gets and dies of the cancer.

FFFFFUUUUCCKKKK bodybuilding is not a sport, not when judging is so fucked.

i’ve got to poop and eat again.

Edit: So nice I had to post it twice.

I really think cyrus has no idea what he’s talking about when critiquing physiques lol.

If Kai doesn’t win and Phil and Jay does well it’s because of “Politics”.

**** i was kidding, i’m bored. short version. it’s a business, the judges had a pre-set order that was in accordance with business as ususal. jay looks like shit imho 09 was his only good look. phil and kai were close, i like and prefer kai better, phil has stuctural flaws from the front i don’t find pleasing, e.g. his chest in most front shots. phil’s arms are amazing and his back has become one of the top two in the game. his legs still need more.

kai needs to be drier still and his abs when stretched look watery. still like kai beating phil in most shots. too bad i’m not calling the shots, i’d have kai win the o 9yrs in a row so he could be the greatest BB of all time. i wish kai and me could become friends and draw and paint together, talk about authors like Zinn, Chomsky, and the works of Picasso, and french impressionists like Camille Pissarro. we’d read bukowski and laugh about how much of a fucking pig he was. i’d help kai to recognize that lil’ wayne is a faggy bitch and make him pose to mos def, black thought, rakim, or the Wu instead. we’d take breaks from our fun for whey shakes and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches!!!

whatever dude, i was an art student and a photo student, full ride on a scholarship for painting. i’ve been assessing my visual surroundings in depth since i was 5! i’ve got a great fucking eye. you’re a beast, i’m stucturally not as blessed as you but a million to one i can tell you what is good and bad about your physique and be spot fucking on.

it is about politics, Sheru 1st year show, they weren’t going to change a fucking thing about the O order barring someone looking way the fuck different. $ do matter. not going to change the order of things right after the olympia. you’re a big dude way, but your a big “young” dude.

you’re right though, don’t know a fucking thing. what the fuck is a teres major or minor, tie ins, insertion points, i never drew that shit in any of my hrs of life drawing classes, just fat tittied blobby ol’ blue haired ladies.

Translation:
“I see stuff”

You act as if only an art major knows what makes up a good physique (not that some of them don’t)…
I’d venture a guess and say that it’s more likely that standings didn’t change not because of politics, but more due to the fact that there wasn’t enough time for anyone to make a major change to their physique. As long as no one messed up their conditioning, you would expect the results to be the same.

Drawing has nothing to do with it nor does knowing “what the fuck is a teres major”, being able to accurately assess comparisons is the important part. I’m not trying to start an argument with you here but if you can’t obviously see that Phil was miles ahead of Kai at both the O and Sheru classic then you’re just being biased.

Now I agree with you that if Kai EVER comes in at 100% he is a threat for the #1 spot but he has yet to do that at the olympia and he didn’t do it at the Sheru classic. There was ZERO chance of him taking out Phil in either show and Jay edged him out in conditioning here but I would of been happy to see Kai in 2nd or 3rd, it could have gone either way.

Interesting, creative, and funny posts.
Had a few drinks tonight?

Where do you live? Hell, I’ll have those discussions with you. Art is my first love!

Kai has two obvious weaknesses, one that handicaps him more than then other.

  1. His crab MM is absolute shit. Maybe it’s just the way he hit’s it and he’s shrugging his shoulders up but he looks EXTREMELY narrow compared to Jay and phil in the MM, he loses that pose every time.

  2. His traps muscle belly is very short and small so he will never have the upper back thickness that the other top guys do making him handicapped in the rear lat and rear bicep.

Then take into account he has yet to show up with his conditioning spot on come the Olympia he’s not going to win. I dunno what you even have to complain about, his placing have done nothing but improve.
