Nope, I want to hit some goals before I move that way a 500lb “Raw” squat sounds nice whether it’s in wraps or not and Ramzy’s leaving for a few months after worlds so I figured It would be the first step to use them as a good tool. I might start getting into gear around Christmas just cause I’ll have money burning a whole in my pocket. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be although true blacks are softer than most and the weren’t as tight as the could have been. and they surprisingly loosened my legs up my leg dont feel as stiff

Overal the speed was good stating to get some leg drive going. I need rig up a regulation bench with a platform or something because my bench is too high so my ass comes up.

Everything was moving fairly slow so I was surprised I was still able to hit the pr on the bench after doing so much volume. I’m looking forward to the golf vacation to give my body some time to heal then it’s back to the grind for the last 6 weeks leading into Festival of Strength

Everything move extremly well It felt like I could of used 345 for all of my worksets. Which is a set in the right direction. Next up is Sheiko 37 With a golf and beer deload in the middle. 5 Weeks out I’m going to do something similar to what I did for my last meet except I’m going to be running 30 or 40 instead of 29 then doing the last week of 32 before the meet. I’ve also decided after this meet I’ll be getting some gear more then likely a super cent and a Fury

Weight Moved Extremly Well. I thought I posted this earlier. I celebrated with PR Cake, I totally eat clean(NOT). Over the next few weeks/months I want to get into getting my diet better as I believe that it will help me in the long Run. Since Right now I’m pretty much eating as much as I can and The scale reflects that im up to 249 Morning weight Which is up 7lbs since the meet
