Felt Good. A Hell of a lot better than friday I could atleast get depth with no Heel and these were deep. My Chest keeps folding over so I need to work on getting tighter/making my back stronger

Put My SI Joint out last night at work. Went to chiro this morning, It seems like its pretty much proper again going to do some light pulls and some bench tonight and see how It feels. Also got my school acceptance letter, better late then never I geuss not bad for a kid that didnt even graduate high school the first time around

Not Sure If it was the day off that lead to the PRs squat form felt off though. Didn’t start losing my upper back till the 3rd rep of the 385 So I was happy. I need to learn to force my knees out more to allow me to get into the hole

Glad to hear the back is staying tighter. Been doing some face pulls? I also definitely agree about opening up your hips. That will also facilitate a more upright torso which will help with the back tightness.

Nope, Just pendlay rows and moving my hands pretty much beside my shoulders. I’ll be doing alot lot this week since I wont have a real gym. Pretty much lat pulls. I noticed that im starting to get douche bag shoulders again. Good Luck at worlds and You’ll know where to find me when you get back

I trained at the university gym for the first time today. I’m pretty sure I won’t be going back. 6 Power Rack but not one proper bar to squat with I ended up squatting with a 35mm bar that had a center knurl. Also the bitch beside me prolly made me hit the PR.
