2nd:142.5 Timed out on getting my attempt in
3rd:172.5 I wanted a fuckin PR and smoke Show
I thought I left atleast another 15kgs on the platform in the squat all of the attempts felt pretty much the same.

Bench
Opener:100kg I’ve done it for 5 I’d sure hope I could single it
2nd:110kg Old Pr Smokeshow again
3rd: 120kg 10kg pr also had about 10kgs left.

Deadlift
Opener:140kg Flew up.
2nd:170kg felt light 5kg Pr
3rd:190kg Huge pr felt a lil heavy but didnt slow down at all

Sorry it took so long to get up my Powersource blew out and I was waiting for a new one to come in

Overal a good session. I’m looking forward to my deadlift session which will be a Strive Perfomace Center since I have to go there to pick up my shoes any ways I figure I might as well train there aswell

I dont know if it’s just me or UPS takes forever to deliver. I know I’m being I’m patient it’s only been 5 days buy UPS/Adidas hurry the fuck up I want my adiPure’s so I can ship’em back right aways and get a bigger size

I Pushed My bench today since my hand was ripped open atleast someone had some tape. NEVER again am I going to use the bars there there Fatter the any bar ive ever used. Now I need to figure out how I am going to structure my training till I can pull again I might just use straps to save my hands for a few weeks. Also the strive crew was alright, although I prefer to train with ramzy he just seems more personable then those guy although It was still a good experience.

I’ve also been creepin your log for a little bit. I’ve just never posted. There’s actaully more than you think. I question why such the late wiegh in also I noramlly train at 9am at the latest. SHould be a good event ethier way, from what I’ve heard there’s going to be some big raw totals.

Also If you can bring a handler, If you get too fired up you pretty much wont get your attempts in, Happened to me at provincals the someone stepped in to help me.

STRAPS!!! I use straps practically every session and my grip doesn’t suffer. Honestly, do your warmups without straps, maybe your heaviest days without straps. But all the boring 80% 5x3 sessions, just use straps.

Ya Im not sure why so late. I usually train around 2 to 3 in the afternoon so it fits with what Im used to. When you said handler, what did you have them doing for you? I hadn’t really thought about it that much?

Just help getting attempts in, you only have about a minute after your attempt to get your next one in. Which by the time I figure out whats going on i’ve timed out

Whatever will work realy. Some people bitch about the griizzly ones or whatever you find in a fitness store, but honestly, they work. I just got mine from sportchek. You can even just use a long piece of fabric and loop it around the wrist, then around the bar with both ends.

I have grizzlys that I have no clue where they came from. I might just squat all 3 days next week so my hand can heal then strap up after that. Since It seems like im a big baby when It comes to hand pain

They’re Finally here. Fit Perfectly which im surprised cause I have chodes for feet my feet are fairly wide and extremely thick.

If you like the oilers you can leave now. Only reason to go to edmonton is pretty much to go train with the UAPA.
