Shaking After Workout?

I have noticed that after an intense work out I tend to start shaking. Its kind of scary but I will live. I also experienced it this morning after walking up. I was starving. I tend to get better after a meal. I had a physical before and got tested and everything came out ok. I also take a multi vitamin and vitamin c, in addition to my supplements.
Is this a sign of low glycogen levels?

Thanks

Yes ,in some people with low blood glucose levels it’s normal.

Cool, good hustle. I think the book “Nutrient Timing” might be able to really help you.

I tend to do the same thing. After a very intense workout, my muscle starts to twitch and move. However , I find this sadisticly enjoyable. Its in indication to me that I completely fatigued my muscle.

I thought shaking was an indication that your CNS was fried/overworked?

happens to me too i just eat a whole bunch and im good…

happened to me last week after a leg workout… didnt get any sleep the night before… so must be pre-workout nutrition/sleep issues issues

This tends to happen to me if I have not been eating enough.

Could it be adrenaline rush? When I drove fast, without being used to it, I would shake a little.

Yes it is. However, low blood glucose also cause this, which is the case with the OP.
