Hey, I just wanted to know if it is normal to have very slight tremors directly after a heavy workout. I get them in my hands after I do arms. It’s not bad, it’s just that if I hold my hand still it shakes just a slight bit. Thanks
It is normal.

well i think it’s too, when i do my leg train really hard it keeps shaking but not superior training
Only happens to me if I don’t warm up properly. Not saying that you don’t, that just how it goes for me.
If I don’t do many warm up sets and try to go heavy my arms / hands shake quite badly. My guess is a CNS issue, some sort of over compensation, shock kind of thing, you know real scientific like : )
My legs can shake very slightly if I real push it. It will usually go away within 5 min.
I used to get it really bad when I first started working out. Sometimes I’d still be shaking the next day.
I don’t get it at all now.
You might be over stimulating your central nervous system (CNS). Are you going to failure with your sets? Are you performing too many sets? Are you training too hard too frequently?
Just some thoughts.
