Hey SP, it is your budy from Brazil once again. As we discussed before, my idea is to alternate between an 8 weeks cycle and a 4 week cruise… I have a new dealer and he told he can get pretty much anything regarding roids!
I was thinking about trying some new stuff… meaning Dianabol (METHANDROSTENOLONE) … combining with cypionate… what do u think?

1-8 DIANABOL (50mg/DAY)
1-8 CYPIONATE (400mg/WEEK)

I read that is easy to gain weight with dianabol but is twice as easy to lose it after discontinued… how to avoid/diminish this? Is it true that you may suffer from a high estrogen level after a dianabol cycle?

After week 8, I plan to cruise for 4 weeks (cypionate 200mg/week) and then start with trem acetate and test propi…

HCG will be used the whole time as we talked on my last post… since I do not have any issues with aromatization, I really do not know whether or not I shall use an anti-a.

Any help will be much appreciated!

I posted a pix here 6 months ago and you said I looked good.
I did the cycle we discussed which was test prop, tren A, masteron, Halotestin. I was happy with it and got solid lean gains.
After a few weeks of rest, as I had some test E and tren A remaining from previous cycles, I did them for a few weeks. Gained a few more pounds of lean muscle.

I signed up in a new gym where there are many competitors and guys come to me and ask if I compete. So I guess it’s a good thing.

As my last 2 cycles had test and tren, what would you suggest for the next one?
My goal is to get bigger and reach 190 (secretly I would love to reach 200 but not possible with my job). I would like to stay as lean as possible. I dont want to hold too much water.
Any suggestions for my next cycle? I prefer doing 8-week cycle or 12-week max.

My question is about Trestolone for anything, including TRT, is it as good as it is on paper? Is this the secret weapon of the pros?

They work on different pathways. My choice would always be t3 first and I would only add clenbuterol if I have to, I don’t like the side effects.

GH is always good to add to any cycle too!

Just add 20mg of nolvadex to this and you shouldn’t have any issue. The thing with dbol is that it’s great for strength but it causes a lot of water retention and this is where most of the initial weight gain comes from. If you use those 8 weeks to lift heavier weights in the gym then you will undoubtably add new lean tissue and this alone makes the dbol worth it.

Keep running the nolvadex for 4 weeks after the dbol. These are very moderate dosages so I wouldn’t be worried.

I’d like to see a set of current pictures to see where you are now. Just off the top of my head… Test and winstrol could be an option or test and eq or test and primo. The options are endless… Let me see how you look and I’ll give you the best option.

It’s a decent steroid and it has it’s place in certain cycles. It’s not some sort of secret but it’s not as common as many of the others.

Honestly I haven’t done it for years but it’s a good tool for gaining mass. My best way to describe it would be a mix between tren and test… Meaning you’ll experience decent size and strength gains.

Here are a couple pix I did today. Im not dieting now. Eating a lot of carbs.

  1. Let me know what you think for my next cycle.
  2. I have 30 vials of Testex Prolongatum 250 (test cypionate) from Q Pharma
    and 30 vials of Deca Durabolin 100 Organon I got from Spain years ago. The expiration date is 2012. They are clear, no sedimentation. I read this article and considering of using them
    Drug Expiration Dates — Do They Mean Anything? - Harvard Health
    Would you use or toss them?
  3. Your advice on which bodyparts I should focus is more than welcome. I think my chest is not big and round enough. Shoulders could be much bigger and I want wider lats but both dont want to grow no matter what I do.

That being said it sounds like less sides than test and tren, must just be hard to source. Thanks.

Next question: If I’m already doing a perfect cycle would I benefit from any of the SARMS (ie. Mk-2866, LGD-4033, RAD140, and/or Andarine S4) or say in PCT. Also wondering what you’re opinion is on peptides and how to incorporate them, say in PCT also. Yeah I’m trying to get freaky.

This is my cycle after I’m done my T3/DNP cycle, I’m going to try to stay lean during cycles and not cut after with T3 or DNP, eats too much muscle with PCT.

Week 1-6: Drol 50mg/ED, Dbol 25mg/ED
Week 1-12: Test Prop 100mg/EOD, Test E 500mg/wk, Proviron 50mg/ED, HCG 125iu/EOD, HGH 5iu 2xDay.
Week 1: EQ Cyp 1500mg, Week 2-12: 750mg/wk
Nolva/Clomid PCT (+?)

…and I swear by bottles of Isopure, so sick of protein powders and meat all the time.

Hi, regarding cardio, how much do you think should be done daily for the last 4 weeks? So you dont loose muscle, only fat? What would you say burns more fat, treadmill or stationary bike?

  1. Test, primo and winstrol can be a good combo for a lean mass cycle.
  2. Hard to say. It’s 3 years out of date… You could always try it out.
  3. Overall thickness in your chest(especially upper pecs) and you need to improve your back width. If you aren’t successful with gaining muscle in your shoulders it’s probably due to how you’re training.

That’s quite a heavy cycle you’re doing. Can you post some current pics?

I would probably run nolva at 20mg throughout the whole cycle. Possibly a higher dose if needed.

I’m really not a big advocate for peptides… Benefits are very mild and quality is a big issue.

I can’t give you an exact macro breakdown, I don’t know enough about you and that’s not what we’re doing here.

As a general guideline you can do the following:

  • 2.5 servings Plazma intraworkout
  • indigo 30min preworkout
  • micropa to help with size and better pumps
  • majority of daily carbs should be consumed during your “workout window”
  • clean food choices, not iifym crap.
