Hi Shadow Pro, hope you’re doing good ! First of all, excuse my bad english, french is my first language, and many thanks for the time you take to answer every single question you’re asked … You provide some unique and priceless informations, given your knowledge and experience!
Here’s some bad quality pics :
here’s some info :
// 20 years old
// 6 foot , 183 lbs, about 12-13% bodyfat
// I train 6 days per week. High frequency, high volume, moderate intensity. Currently lean bulking (+300/400kcal)
// Started training about 1 year and a half.
// Still natty, as i’m young and still have room for improvement.
// No special supps, except whey, fish oil and multivitamins. I’m very interested in some Biotest products, but it seems impossible to get them here in Africa. I tried to get some whey shipped to me from France, but they opened it at the post office… they always do that, even if it’s just something like perfume or even make-up. If you know a way to get it here, please let me know …
I’ve got some questions for you, sorry in advance if certain may seem silly :
1° ) Concerning diet in general and cutting more particularly, I saw you criticize certain food choices. (dairy, fruits, whole wheat bread for example)
Do you have a list of “best” and “worst” foods for cutting?
2Ã?°) About stretch marks, I’m sure A LOT of pros must have them, even though we don’t see them. How do you hide them ? Tan and oil I guess ?
3°) About cardio, i saw you advise against running, and say you prefer light walking 3-4x a week. I already walk about 30 minutes just to get to my gym, so that makes about 1 hour of walking, pretty much everyday.
Should i add another kind of cardio ? And what kind ? Something like stationary bike or even “Shadow boxing” ?
4Ã?°) This one’s for my father. He’s on TRT. ( a shot of Sustanon 250 e10d, and every 3 months, he takes Hcg for a month at 500iu e5d )
Recently he got some gyno, and he doesnt take any anti-estrogens. His gyno doesnt bother him, but it bothers me lol ! Not so much the aesthetic aspect, but if he has gyno, it means he has elevated estrogens, which means lots of side effects (except gyno) which he may not notice.
I know you recommend Nolva over Arimidex for gyno issues, but what about estrogen control ?
5Ã?°) My life-goal physique would be something like the classic 70’s physiques, i’m thinking about physiques like Serge Nubret, Arnold, Frank Zane. I know that the sport has evolved a lot from these days, but do you think physiques like these, still have their place in today’s bodybuilding?
Hypothetically, which category would suit a guy like Frank Zane today ? Maybe Men’s Physique, or the upcoming Classic Physique ? (I know that sounds like a dumb question lol)
Thank you so much for reading this, if you dont understand something, just tell me and i’ll try to make it more clear ![/quote]
Welcome to the forum. You are looking good for a natural 20yo, more like 9-10% bf.
Before anything I would say that you should add Plazma intraworkout and indigo preworkout. It will make a huge difference in your ability to recover and indigo will help you absorb food better and help you grow.

All bodybuilding friendly food would work. The exact type of food is individual and depends on the person and goal of the diet.
-
Tanning helps to an extent. Honestly as long as you’re doing stuff gradually you shouldn’t get many stretch marks. Take your time and grow clean and slow.
-
Youre doing enough cardio no need for more.
-
Both would work. He can try 1mg of arimidex every 3rd day
-
If you’re talking about placing. The physique you mentioned probably wouldn’t win a pro bodybuilding show today… Not enough muscle. Frank Zane would be in the new classic physique division.
