You look way leaner and I would say this is a good place to start a cycle from. I would probably go with 400/week of each and just run 10-20mg/day of nolva through the whole cycle.

You should use HCG throughout the whole cycle as I mentioned but if you want to play it safe you can keep doing it 3 weeks after the last shot. I doubt you’ll need it because the nolva and AlphaMale will do the trick at this dose.

Great call on the dbol. I would probably advise running the test a bit higher than the tren for more appetite and gains if mass is your goal here. Increase test to about 750-800. No need to eat junk to keep your weight up.

that’ll be a tick over 250carbs just for my WO nutrion, lol… I love it.

I’ve bumped my Test like you suggested and i only use dbol on my WO days since the blood pressure was getting a little high and causing headaches when i was using Dbol every day.
Once the bump in test hits i’ll probably drop the Dbol totally out when the appetite comes back.

on the gainer shake when you say 1-2 pieces of fruit are the a few different kinds you reccomend?

I hear you about the dbol but if you’re taking it you want it to be stable in your body and not just on workout days. Maybe try a lower dose, something like 20mg/day but take it daily.

3°) About cardio, i saw you advise against running, and say you prefer light walking 3-4x a week. I already walk about 30 minutes just to get to my gym, so that makes about 1 hour of walking, pretty much everyday.
Should i add another kind of cardio ? And what kind ? Something like stationary bike or even “Shadow boxing” ? :smiley:

Recently he got some gyno, and he doesnt take any anti-estrogens. His gyno doesnt bother him, but it bothers me lol ! Not so much the aesthetic aspect, but if he has gyno, it means he has elevated estrogens, which means lots of side effects (except gyno) which he may not notice.
I know you recommend Nolva over Arimidex for gyno issues, but what about estrogen control ?

5°) My life-goal physique would be something like the classic 70’s physiques, i’m thinking about physiques like Serge Nubret, Arnold, Frank Zane. I know that the sport has evolved a lot from these days, but do you think physiques like these, still have their place in today’s bodybuilding?
Hypothetically, which category would suit a guy like Frank Zane today ? Maybe Men’s Physique, or the upcoming Classic Physique ? (I know that sounds like a dumb question lol)

What do you think of this cycle I know its not a huge amount just wanted to cruise it up to now. I take nolva ed I am prone to getting gyno and I have had the surgery to remove it as well.

My last question is what would be the best approach for pct in my case, I’ve read a lot of stuff on it but am still unclear on how to go about it.

Welcome to the forum. You are looking good for a natural 20yo, more like 9-10% bf.

Before anything I would say that you should add Plazma intraworkout and indigo preworkout. It will make a huge difference in your ability to recover and indigo will help you absorb food better and help you grow.

  1. All bodybuilding friendly food would work. The exact type of food is individual and depends on the person and goal of the diet.

  2. Tanning helps to an extent. Honestly as long as you’re doing stuff gradually you shouldn’t get many stretch marks. Take your time and grow clean and slow.

  3. Youre doing enough cardio no need for more.

  4. Both would work. He can try 1mg of arimidex every 3rd day

  5. If you’re talking about placing. The physique you mentioned probably wouldn’t win a pro bodybuilding show today… Not enough muscle. Frank Zane would be in the new classic physique division.

You can run winstrol at 50mg for the last 6 weeks.

You can probably get away with HCG, nolva and AlphaMale. You will possibly need clomid but not for sure. I hope you’re taking HCG throughout this whole cycle.

If a Pro is at an EXPO, lets say FIBO, does he need to pin something over the day? Does he simply go to the toilet and get the things with him in a little bag?

Do you Pros only get Pharma Grade Stuff? Or do yoy use U-Labs? Or Home Brewing Stuff from some guys you know for years?

Do u stay year around on gear?

Welcome to the forum.

It’s very unlikely but it can happen. Some people have a tendency to get gyno even without the use of juice. Even very mild use could make it worse.

First of all I would adjust your diet and training

For a fat burner I would go with HOT-ROX and if you insist on pharma then t3 and Clen. I would probably try and get to 10% naturally before starting that kind of thing.

Most pros have connections for gear all over the world. I’m sure most people who are using steroids seriously and responsibly are adults and can figure out a schedule for their injections. It’s not that complicated.

I only use pharma grade stuff. As long as it exists in a pharmaceutical form I will try to get it or get it from people I trust.

I usually come off for 2-3 months a year, I spoke about it way back in the first thread.

I wouldn’t change anything in my career. I’m very happy with where I’m at and what I have achieved.

Throughout the cycle I usually run 250iu 2x/week starting in the 2nd week.
The dose of HCG will change depending if you used it or not during the cycle. Not using it would be a big mistake but your cycle was pretty mild so you might get away with the pct I gave you.

If your blood tests don’t come back normal after then we might need to try something more aggressive.

Really hard for me to recommend a cycle without seeing current pictures and more info about you and your goals. I’m not completely familiar with this protocol but I usually recommend taking everything consecutively and everyday or equal times throughout the week so create stability of the substance in your body.

Hey SP, greetings once again from your brazilian friend… just finished a nine week cycle of trembolone acetate and test propi … really satisfied with the result, but I must say that propionate is not for everyone … shit hurts like hell … even changing sites each time my glutes-delts-quads are sore as never been before!

I intend to keep for now tamox 20mg/everyday, HCG 500ui/twice a week and add some Alpha Male… two whole bottles. After that I was thinking of another bulking cycle with dianabol, nadrolone and cypionate… what do you think? Is it worth to take a month off or should I go on with another cycle?

Abs and veins popping everywhere… so, my question is if you think it is worthy trying to get big after my 40s?

Do you have any advice how to split up HCG dosages. I have 5000iu - 1ml. Can I split into 10x 0,1ml in insulin needles? That’s like 500iu per shot. How long can HCG stays in needle before going bad? I need to take 500iu twice per week, but can’t find any lowerdose packages. Do you prefer subc or IM? any difference?

For my next 12w-16w cycle I have something in mind:
Test E 400-600 mg EW
Tren E 400 mg EW
EQ 400-600 mg EW
Anadrol 50mg ED 1-4W

Help me with injections, how would you split your injections on this cycle? Needle is 2,5cc. In past cycles I did max 4cc per week so that wasn’t a big problem.

  • Nolva 20mg ed, HCG 250iu 2x per week (if I can find good way to split 5000iu).

Diet and training are on point, at least I am doing my best. Eating 6-8 times per day, training 6days per week. Maybe this time I’ll add some intraworkout. I can’t get “Plasma” the one that you are recomended, but I’ll try to find a substitue. Vitargo does the job as well?

GH and insulin question. I’ve been training 10years (28 years old, 100-110kg, 190cm), last 4 years I’ve been using ON and OFF, perfect scenario 12w ON, 8w OFF. :wink: Never used more then 500mg Test, 500mg *. I’ve never tried GH or inuslin, but I have them in mind for some time now. What would you suggest for first time?
4iu GH in the morning, before first meal?
10iu fast acting insulin post workout (safe mode)?

Looking very good… You added nice mass since the last time I’ve seen you and I’m seeing constant progression here. Yes, prop really hurts sometimes it really depends how they make it in the lab but it’s definitely a painful shot.
Arnica cream after the shot can help.

For your bulking cycle I would go with EQ instead of deca and I remember you had issues with dbol so make sure you’re using liver support and have a small amount of dbol with each meal (10mg)

Wait a month and start a cycle then. Always good to give your system time to recover.

I absolutely think you can still put muscle on your frame. 40 is not a death sentence, there are a lot of good bodybuilders in their 40’s… Maybe not pros but they’re definitely out there.

Some issues with liver enzymes are expected while on juice but as long as you’re using tudca, NAC and sam-e it should keep you pretty safe. Remember that gaining muscle is not always a linear process… Some cycles will be better than others but as long as you’re training hard and keeping a good diet the gains will come. From knowing you in this forum I know you’re putting in the work and I don’t think age is an issue
