SFM Exercise Substitution etc

I’m planning on trying CW’s Strength Focused Mesocycle + HIIT while on T-dawg 2.0 as a means of preserving as much strength as possible while dropping bf. My school gym doesn’t allow olympic lifting of any sort so I cannot do the power cleans on day 5. Would deadlifts be a decent exercise to substitute? If not, I’d appreciate any suggestions on what exercise I could do instead of power cleans.

I am currently on week three of this program and am happy with my results thus far. Of course, I could have made better progress had I not had four months off from using the free weights. But I chose this program to get my strength levels back up before I go on to ABBH, the Single’s Club, ABBH2 and WSSB.

My strength is going up each week, and I’m getting close to where I used to be when I was much bigger and stronger.

By the time I get to the Single’s Club, I should be back to my all time bests. Then, it will be a matter of breaking those records and setting new ones along the way.
