I used his head as a soccer ball. Then I wasn’t content because my tree trunk legs began to tire. So I used a sledgehammer and did some overhead chops. It felt good. Hope your cuddling made him feel better after I beat him to a bloody pulp. Sorry for the mess it left on your sheets.
Deadlifts 5x5
Bench Press 4x6 with Pull ups after each set.

Deadlifts were good, Bench was good, but I had to cut the Squats short so I could get back home. I’ll make up for it when I get back from work tonight…which will 1AM
Heavy Back Squats on Wednesdays. Heavy Deads on Mon. Heavy O lifting at home. Medium to Heavy F.Squats on Friday. Heavy Bench on Wednesdays Or Mondays, I’ll decide later.
Not getting my check and my brother’s unexpected car crash fucked up my weekend. He’s better and I just got paid today. I’m heading back to the gym today.
OK, my brother in a car wreck. Stayed with him at my parents house and helped out for at least a week. I got my check and paid my gym dues. I’m back at it.
Analysis
Either I need to go to a doctor about my leg or I need to stretch the hell out of it. Its been hurting over a year and its affecting me mentally. I’m also gonna change my workout strategy.
