Saturday 12:30 to 1:40.

Bench Press 5 sets(Feeder set at the end. It means 1x10)
T-Bar Rows 5 sets(Feeder set at the end)
So basically, after one heavy set of benching, I immediately go to the T-Bar rows and do a set. I do two sets back to back, then I rest for a minute. Then I repeat. It was good. I was unable to do dips and pull ups afterwards

Dips 4 sets of 5-10
Hammer Curls 4 sets of 10
Twas good. I was cursing Prof.X name while doing the dips. That dude is such a show off. I performed it just like I did the BP and T-Bar rows. Super sets I think is the word. Or whatever

Wrist Roller 4 sets
For each set, I would roll the weight twice for my upper forearm and my lower forearm. So within one set, I’d get at least 4 rolls. Forearms were burning

Stretched my arms out and went home. I just wanted a Upper Body workout today. Sunday is Squat and Deadlifts.

Side note: Court called me today, but I didn’t pick up. A mistress shouldn’t be calling day and night. I’ll reply back when I feel like it. Shit, she called me again. I’ll let the machine get it.

Sunday 2pm

SSS-Short Squat Session.
5x5 with a upward progression. Good and short since I needed to leave by 3pm. No feeder set this time.

Pullup/Dips. Burn out for 4 sets.

Later that night, 11pm-12:30am.

10X3 Full Snatch
Been a while, but it was fun. 30 second rest intervals with light weight

Power Shrugs 5
BW Squats 10 reps
Lunges 10 reps
All that combined is one set. Rest 30-60 second. Rinse and repeat.
Was fun as always. I’ll Deadlift Monday morning and do some sprints after wards. Not sure if I’ll need the gym for the Deadlifts since I have weights at home.

12pm workout.
Dumbell Snatch x5
Hang Clean/Overhead press or Front Squat x 3
Iso Push ups 3 up and 3 down equals one rep
Lunges x 5
(1 set)
Timed for 10 minutes. 30 second rest after one set.
*** I feel ready and primed for work***

Side notes: Court wasn’t kidding about using those waffles. It was like that scene in Varsity Blues with the girl having whip cream and cherries on her body. The only difference was that Court used Waffles and I didn’t wimp out like James Van Der Beek. I smashed it like the Dolphins smashed the Patriots.

Speaking of clingy, Pch2 dug her nails into my back again! It was still fun. Except for when used teeth…that was horrible.
