I needed a fresh journal. There is no real journal entry. I honestly don’t set goals. I’m either gonna beat you now or later.
Here’s what I’m hoping for
First:
Lean BW (180-200lbs), become better at boxing, MAD conditioning(physically and cardio wise), Get stronger, Flexiblity, Salsa/Ballroom dancing skills, Get better at skydiving.
I want accomplish those FIRST before I get to my second set of Hopes. I’ll get a picture later.
I think sex and pancakes is a much better journal name than your last.
Also, you think my log is like a diary? Yours is like some kid that just got off his ritalin and is bouncing off the walls. I feel like I’m watching a super speed game of ping pong just reading your threads.
This is just the workout I do before I go to my job. I’ll post the main course training later tonight.
A few Dumbbell snatches for warm ups.
One Set:
Hang Clean x 3
Front Squat x 3
Push Ups x 3
Lunges x3
Rest 30 seconds.
Repeat sets. Timed myself for 10 minutes.
Burpees to end the session.
I’m energized and ready to go to work.
Also, if pch2 and Court come in here and give me a hard time (Bow Chicka Bow Wow), I will use their negative posts as motivation. All I need now is a Running Girl and Aikido Girl.

You forgot your bo-staff skills. Also, how do you get better at skyding? I would think that anytime you skydive and not die, then you had a good attempt at it.
I do appreciate the support from pch2, MsM, Vader, and OG. I’ll make this journal as hardcore as I can and maintain the WolBarret flair. I’m in the process of starting my pre-bedtime workout.

lunges
BW Squats
Rinse and repeat until buzzer sounds. 15 total minutes.
30 sec rest after a set.
Burpees to burn out. Now I sleep and prepare for the GYM in the morning.
