Refrigerate both. I have also never frozen anything.
Agreed - use 2 ml water. If you want 500 mcg per day split into two 250 mcg pins, you will draw 1/10 ml or to the “10” on the insulin syringe for each pin.

Thanks guys, you’ve been really helpful. I’ll let you know how things go. I also have a nagging proximal hamstring pain in my left ass cheek I got while squatting. It hurts to sit more than 15 minutes. Hope the peptide helps with that too
Hope it helps. I had disappointing results (none) from BPC-157 + TB500
I’ve used BPC in oral form for tendonitis to grade 1 and 2 muscle tears and have had great results. I’d definitely recommend it.
Only one way to find out I guess.
You can buy both transdermal BPC157 & TB500.
True. I have no vested interest one way or the other. I wish it would have worked; it didnt for me
I tore a few tendons in my thumb 10+ years ago, I wonder if BPC500 would help?
I think the healing process finished long ago for you. I doubt you would see any benefit ona 10yo injury.
How did it go @rusty_hammer ?
Hey, sorry I didn’t get to this earlier. I forgot all about this thread.
So I’ve been injecting BPC 157 for 6 weeks after (the first) surgery. The healing process in my own subjective opinion was going great - doing self physical therapy I gained mobility of my proximal phalanx joint quickly. Of course I couldn’t see what was happening with the tendon itself but 5 weeks after the surgery I deadlifted 450 lb without any pain or discomfort.
At my 6 week checkup, the surgeon was happy with the progress but discovered that I had no movement in my thumb distal joint (the furthest joint just below the fingernail).
Got an MRI and as it turns out the tendon that operates the distal phalanx wasn’t connected. During the first surgery at the ER they didn’t even notice that part of the tendon since it retreated back into my wrist.
So I was scheduled for my second surgery to fix what was broken.
Here’s where it gets interesting and pertains to the bpc157:
During the second surgery the doc said when he opened my thumb up that I had “extreme scar tissue formation” where the first tendon repair happened and he has never seen that sort of scarring and healing happen in such a short amount of time. He was so influenced by it that he actually wrote it down in my chart. Later during his first visit he asked me if I was taking HGH. I said no, and told him it was BPC. He said to keep at it.
It’s been about 6 weeks since the second surgery and the tendon is healing up nicely again. I’ve since stopped the bpc a week ago.
I was sceptical if it would do anything or not but I guess true confirmation came the second time the surgeon opened up my thumb and exclaimed what he did.
Haha good doc.
Yes, sounds indeed promising. Scar tissue formation is a very important step before the remodeling and it is THE step to regain proper function.
Great that you are recovering so well and thanks for the insight.
