Bev Francis is in NY.

Why, are you planning a trip to NJ?

You can crash on the couch, we can train in my basement and drink post-workout fappachinos.

I’ve been to the 24 Hour Fitness in HH, its like a mall when you first walk in. Then you go downstairs and it has a shitload of free weights.

Still the fact that is has a BB court attracts alot of dumbass kids who take up space and get in the way. Fuck I sound old.

Yup, it used to be a Shoprite. I didn’t like it at first. Not until I got downstairs and saw all the racks, benches and free weights. I actually liked the b-ball courts lol. But I do agree, it draws some douchebags.

Also check out Absolute Fitness in Mattawan, great owners and knowledgable.
I just looked at the website. Can you just walk in and lift there? Looks like a crossfit deal with coaching sessions.

I go to fitness city in Matawan because its 24 hours. It has one squat rack, one power cage, a smith machine, dumbells up to 150s but it smells like shit in there. Like a musty dank dungeon.
They incorporate everything from traditional powerlifting / bodybuilding programs, to KB training as well sports specific training. Crossfit is something they don’t look down per se but I dont believe its there way of training.

It is a one on one trainer based studio gym, they certainly have all the equipment you need. KB’s Power Racks, Squat Rack, ropes, Barbells , DB’s etc. If you go on their web Im actually in one of the pics throwing the tire around.

I am a traditionalists so the stuff they put me through kicked the shit out of me.

They have a new studio behind the 7-11 on main street if you are familiar with the area, It wouldnt hurt to check em out, tell em Matt sent you.

first training session in strong and shapely today. some dude was reppin 5 plates on the dead lift platform and threw up !!! good stuff, good stuff and did i mention they have a deadlift jack. this place is fucking awesome. they have 4 sets of all db up to 200 and 2 sets of db up to 250. this place will make ronnie coleman blush. im in heaven.

LMAO -love it.
