Seated Overhead Shrugs?

i just started doing the overhead shugs but from a seated position. seems like i can handle more weight this way and my balance is better.
is it ok to do those seated? i feel like i got a good workout. just wondering what you guys thing…

Good workout as in your objective was met? or it was easier?

Do the seated OH shrugs for a month or two then
you will really know if they worked for you. :slight_smile:
