I’m skating in a scrimmage tomorrow, so I combined Friday Saturday’s workouts, for the most part. I may go to the gym tomorrow, but that will be for accessory work mainly, nothing big.

Thank you, thank you! 400 is the first goal. On the way, I’m hoping to clear more weight raw, and hit the 400 with the straps. It’s gonna take some work, but that’s a given.

I can’t wait to scrimmage tonight, I’m officially cleared for contact as of early this month.

I’m not nearly as sore as last week’s 350 pull, and I even made it to the gym this morning.

I was feeling good today, but right after lunch, around 2:50 ish i started get a non-head pain migraine: basically, aura, slowed reaction, and feeling meh. Which I think affected me in the gym. I felt great on the squats, but crapped out on the deads. Anyway, catching a flight to Florida to surprise ma and pa, will be doing lots of body weight and walking.

I’ve registered again to try out for the USA bobsledding team for July, so now I need to really get my sprints going. Luckily, I live near a track.
