Anyone know where I can find information about the legal issues of drugs? Like which drugs are scheduled what? What does it mean if a drug is scheduled x? Etc.

As far as the us, the dea has a site Home | DEA.gov and the scheduling info is under the publications link.
I have another qusetion: what are the meanings of the different different schedules? for instance what is the difference between a schedule 1 and schedule 2 drug etc? are some more or less legal than others? thanks.
