actually, that looks better than what 95% of the population does in the gym
thats because 95% of the population in the gym, or atleast my gym, are a bunch of waste of space monkeys that simple go to the gym to say that they go to the gym.
Depending on how many plates you have:
Rack deads from plates
Deficit deads standing on plates
Plate rows
CGBP, the weight resting on two stacks of plates
Deadstop benchpress, same
And if you have unlimited plates, you can build a power rack from plates, a bench and do everything.
Actually, all you really need is curls. Who needs anything else?
