I noticed that my sternum region has started clicking lately. Not sure if that means im flaring my elbows too much. Gonna keep an eye on that.

Hit my long time deadlift volume goal of a 5x5 with 405 raw. Next step is going to be doing the same with 425.

and 5x5@405 DL I wish I could do a single 405, it’ll come I’m sure but 5x5 quality man.

Unfortunately not a whole lot of sprinting. I feel like after I sprint my hamstrings are trashed for days. Especially this close to a meet I really don’t want to end up tearing something.

Looks like you hit depth to me. One thing I have been working on with my low bar is hand positioning and shoulder mobility. When my elbows are pointed backwards like that it tends to make me feel like i could get pushed over in the hole. I stopped wrapping my thumb around the bar as well and that helped get my elbows under the bar and feels much more stable. It would be good to see your setup and walkout too. I could be wrong but it looks like your bracing technique could be improved a bit. Strong lift by the way!

Nah you can also take the pinky out and under the bar to create less torque on your wrist.

Interesting I’ll give that a shot next time I low bar.

Felt pretty shitty today. Tired and weak, everything moved slowly and I blame getting 5 hours of sleep per night this week.

It looked like you hit depth.
Make a video direct from the side and check if the bar travels in a straight up and down line at mid foot.

Next a video shot shot from behind that makes you see your knees and hips that would show if you’re at depth and some other technical errors like knee cave in and stuff like that.

But it looked damn solid mate.

Gave it everything on the squats today brahs. I think I’m going to do 315 for 5x5 Thursday and evaluate because there’s no way I can keep progressing at this rate. Bench felt great.
