Back is feeling slightly better. Going in the right direction though maybe not as fast as I’d like.
I’m not sure about what you have exactly, but for the past week or two I’ve been hanging off the pull-up bar for 4 sets of 15-20 seconds a couple times a week. I don’t know if this is the reason, but my back feels so much better lately. Maybe give it a try.
kk. I think it depends what aggravates your injury mostly. If flexion does then Extension should ease it. If compression does then decompression like hanging should ease.
Edit: I think easing factors so far for me is: stability and maybe a bit of extension. Not sitting is good also
Felt terrible today. Mild headache and everything. Good news is pulls are feeling better than ever.

Finished up exams today. Also hit some sort of volume pr with 400+ despite being on about an hour or sleep. I feel god awful but the weights are moving quick. Deload week next week.
