@guineapig I have a strong suspicion that’s the reason. The last time I had a fever was a year and a half ago when I was running madcow for 3 months. Silver lining is my lift exploded after I got dialed back in. Btw I lied to you guys lel. Felt some guilt about skipping a session so I hit the gym. Felt terrible the entire session.

It felt great though. I didn’t need to psyche myself up very much to hit it. I didn’t hit my usual sticking point just above the knee either. Curious to see how this all translates to my barefoot pull.
550 by the end of the year?
Hmmm I’d like to see 550 a bit soon than that assuming I train consistently. I would be very happy if I hit it by the end of May. I don’t want to start guessing my current numbers but right now I’m guessing im good for somewhere in the lower 500s at least. I think so far the Kroc program has been solid but I feel that it definitely lacks some volume. I have an idea about what I’m going to do next but we’ll see how this cycle finishes.
