Sacrifice Versus Reward

You are wrong, just like every fucker who loves to pretend that this is what I am saying. Bottom line, ten years ago I first posted pics here. Since then, I went from looking like most average people logging in to being one of the biggest guys on the forum…now, if you can assure me your method would have done better, then I will gladly stop trying to reach an extreme level my way and adopt yours…even though it apparently didn’t work like that for you.

I have a very solid goal of what I am trying to reach and maintaining a 8% body fat reading right now would hold that back.

If the muscle wasn’t coming with it, then it would make sense to do it differently.
Some of us possess ‘less than robust’ digestive tracts and must compensate accordingly. It can get complicated.
You mean like me? I can’t eat much in one sitting, therefore I compensate. You thought this came easy?

Dude, when it comes time for me to step on a stage (if I do), you can bet my diet will be dialed in. You have to build that muscle first before you worry about how ripped it is. I didn’t write that I simply do not care what I eat. I wrote that I am not that strict…because not being strict works for me.
That’s kind of my point. Even with extreme measures, and at 225, 9%bf, I would never win a show due to my spider-like proportions. So I decided to focus on things I AM good at, rather than on unrealizeable goals.
Good for you. I’ve spoken to people (including CT) who also train guys at a higher level and they do not think the same of me.
As I see it, you results are quite impressive, but once you actually get anywhere near competition-ready (if you ever do - I don’t know your goals), you’ll realise that ‘eating the odd hamburger, and lifting heavy shit’ doesn’t cut it.

I’m sure you will lambast me for missing your point or something, so let me save you the trouble… I’m smaller than you so I must know shit.

BBB
You did miss my point if you felt the need to tell me that to get stage ready I need to be strict with my diet.

No shit. My goal now is bigger biceps and bigger hamstrings while keeping my body fat in check. Most of the “superstrict” people here are not growing that fast.
You wrote this entire post about YOU. Brick specifically stated this thread is NOT for people like you.

Do you feel the need to make every single thread about you or am I missing something?

And we, as well as one MOD, wrote that this forum is not for “general fitness”…or am I missing something?

Dude, no one gives a fuck about your opinion.

Go back to /b/ with this shit.

At least come up with a new put down, many a troll before you has said the same stupid shit.

Do you even lift?
hahahaha lol… That gorilla pic is fucked up though… does he have cancer or something?
Chimp, chump. Chimp!

Shouldn’t the “Get a Life” forum be for talking about anything? I mean, of course the site is not a “general fitness” site, but it’s not like Brick posted this in the Bodybuilding forum.

I mean, by definition, this forum is for talking about any general topic.

Man, Brick (or anyone else) can train for whatever goals they want. Why should that bother me? I wanna get as big as I can, but what other people do isn’t going to affect my progress a damn bit, so why should I care one iota? Why feel threatened by other people’s goals?

Lol…I actually just got off the phone with Brick. He was going for a 5 mile run, and I was going to down 70 grams of protein and 80 grams of carbs, and sit on the fucking couch.

How does one affect the other in ANY WAY?

Yes, you’re missing the fact that 99% of the threads in GAL are not bodybuilding related, nor was this originally posted in the bodybuilding forum.

So now that I answered your question, please respond in kind and answer mine.

Do I need to get Celtics back in here to keep you in check?

This thread was MOVED. It was not originally in Get a life thus why the same discussion is continuing.

It was originally posted in the Supplement and diet forum. As far as my previous response, that poster was speaking directly to me about me so why would I not respond? You aren’t making sense.

Lol at me not making sense. I could start a thread specifically asking for everyone but your advice and you would have more input in that thread than anyone else.

Just like this thread was specifically aimed at members of this site that don’t fall on your level of dedication, yet you have more posts than anyone else in this thread.

TS, if you think for one second a celtic’s reference or a gay joke is hurtful or entertaining to anyone other than a simpleton, I take back any insult towards you… You obviously couldn’t keep up with me on that level either.

What have you ever contributed to this site?

I think I helped with the hat thing.

Oh yeah, and I don’t get butthurt in every thread I post in. Thats gotta be a plus, right?

FTR, Celtics assblasted you so hard the mods threw him off. Well for that and trying to post cockshots in the BB forum.

I do find a lot of what you post funny to be honest.

But if your going to talk shit about someone expect to be called out without public progress yourself.

Hey, hold on a minute. I’d just like to point out that my chatter about double stacks actually makes up a pretty fair percentage of the posts in this thread.

Just sayin’… ; )

Where in my post do I mention conditioning specifically?

And how is conditioning directly related to taking a more moderate approach conditioning, lifting, and nutrition, considering that elite athletes (more hardcore than ANYONE on here) do conditioning drills on a near daily basis.
