Solid work as usual. I’ve copied an idea from your diet - adding extra egg whites to all my egg dishes. Easy way to add protein and doesn’t change the flavor much, just makes them ā€œfluffierā€ for lack of a better word.

Are you doing these on the smith machine? I’ve found setting the safeties about an inch above my face and doing it from a dead-stop there helps a lot.

I actually use egg beaters. They have the same macros as egg whites and taste fantastic.

I am doing them on the smith. Where I seem to be having the issue is about half way up. I think it’s a shoulder mobility issue. I’m working on that but no sense doing something that doesn’t feel right.

Ferrous Sulfate is the best form.

Take it with vitamin C - preferably in food form (OJ, citrus fruit, etc.)

Look for a slow release supplement. The first one that comes to mind right now is Slow Fe.
